UPPER ROOM PRODUCTION: VIDEO SET UP
In the Upstairs Production Booth, start up the PC, the ProPresenter Mac, and the Power conditioner for the Camera Switchers. Turn on the Camera Switcher Monitor by pressing the button on the bottom center of the monitor (you should hear a beep). With the remote, turn on the Live Screen above the ProPresenter Mac and select the HDMI 1 input.
On the PC, type in the pass code listed on the keyboard, then open up the VMix and ATEM Applications.
On the ProPresenter Mac, type in the passcode listed above the keypad, then open up ProPresenter, Spotify, and XPress Lighting Control.
In the ProPresenter application, select “Sunday” on the left side bar, then select the Sunday Morning Rotating slides.
In Spotify, pick desired music for Pre Service welcoming.
In the XPress Lighting application, click “Live Worship,” then select the “Pre Service” button.
Through the ATEM application on the PC, Select File, then Restore, choose the most current saved setting for Nightingale Services.
Turn on the Center Camera up in the booth, then turn on the right and left cameras in the Sanctuary.
Behind and to the left of the LED Screen on stage is a room with an electrical panel on the left wall. The bottom four switches that are marked “LED.” Flip these switches to the right to turn the LED Screen on.
Down the hall toward the South Entrance, in the Tech Room, make sure that the Surge Protector behind the screens is on. This gives power to the video switcher in that room that sends video and audio signal to the other screens throughout the building.
Head to the multipurpose room. Turn on the surge protectors on either side of the stage. Once these are on, turn on the screens. The screens should automatically be set to the HDMI 1 input, but if they are not, please select it from the input menu.
Turn on the mounted screen in the Toddler room, the screen in the Group Room, the mounted screen in the foyer at the front entrance, the screen in the Nursing room, then finally the confidence monitor in the Sanctuary.
