UR PRODUCTION:
VIDEO PRODUCER / DIRECTOR
Put batteries into the talk-headsets and test them to have them ready for your camera crew.
Select “Camera 5,” then press the “Auto” Button on the Camera Switcher. This will display the rotating slides from the ProPresenter Computer.
Be sure that the Vmix application is running on the PC. Whatever is live on the Video Switcher should be displayed on the right window on the Vmix Application.
Once the “Five Minute Countdown” is running, and the Spotify has been turned down, select “Stream” and “Record” at the bottom of the VMix application. They should turn red once they are working.
As the countdown reaches 0:10 (10 Seconds), switch over to the center camera.
Throughout worship be sure to instruct your camera crew for the desired shots, and always announce which camera you are on, and which camera you intend to switch to before you switch to that camera.
Because the bottom-thirds displays all text as an overlay onto the live broadcast, the camera crew should try to get clean shots that do not include the top-thirds text from the LED screen.
During the sermon, the primary shots used on Nathan ought to switch from the Left Camera to the Right Camera. If necessary you may use the center camera during the sermon on rare occasions (for example: if something must be adjusted, if Nathan suddenly hurries out of shot, or if the side cameras cannot get a prop in shot).
For the last song, you may keep the shot on the center camera if there are people moving up front to come pray that may walk in front of the side cameras. If your camera crew are able to get good shots between or through the congregation you may use your discretion to switch to those shots, but be sure to communicate with your crew.
As the Closing Announcer is addressing the congregation, try to get close ups of them while they are speaking. As the Closer dismisses the congregation, switch to the center camera, then on the VMix application, select “Fade” from the center bar (this will fade into the closing video for Livestream).
Once the Rotating Slides are going on Camera 5, switch to Camera Five on the switcher.
Once the Closing Video has concluded on Vmix, select “Stream” to end the stream, then select “Record” to end recording.
Open up Google Chrome under “Production,” select BoxCast, then select the red button labeled “End Stream.”
The Recorded Capture from Vmix will be located in the Folder “Vmix Storage.” Find the capture, then rename the file in this format:
