UR PRODUCTION: PRO SLIDES / LIGHTING

Before the service, make sure that the rotating slides are selected in the ProPresenter Application, that the “Look” at the top right corner of the application window is set to “Countdown/Sermon Notes”, that Spotify is playing the selected “Church” playlist, and that the congregational lights are set to the middle dimmer position.

Once the you select the “5 Minute Countdown,” fade Spotify down all the way on the application, then pause Spotify.

After the “5 Minute Countdown” reaches 0:00, slowly lower the congregational light dimmer all the way down.

Select the Background for the first song. This action will also change the "Look" to "Worship Look."

As the band leads Worship, make sure to anticipate the lyrics in order that the Congregation can properly follow along.

At the ending of each song, be sure to change the backgrounds and lighting according to the songs.

As the band closes the third song, and Nathan walks up on stage, bring the Congregation Light Dimmer back up half-way once more.

Once the singing has concluded completely, click the Sermon Series Background in the ProPresenter application. This will trigger the “Countdown / Sermon” Look. Choose the "Speaking Lights" on the Lighting Application.

Whenever Nathan mentions a Sermon point or Verse, make sure to leave it on screen for at least ten seconds before selecting a black square to clear the text.

After Nathan concludes his prayer at the end of the sermon, bring the Congregation Light Dimmer down all the way, then select the Background and Lighting for the Last Song.

Once the band concludes the last song and the Closer comes to give announcements and dismiss the congregation, bring the Congregation Light Dimmer back up half-way once more, then select the first of the announcement slides.

Once the congregation has been dismissed, select the Ending Rotating Slides.

On Spotify, select the “Prayer” playlist, and bring the volume back up on the application. The sound director will unmute it from the sound system once the band is finished jamming.
